– $270 for 6 weeks, 3 times a week rain hail or shine (18 sessions)
– Sessions start at 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings. Also 5:00pm, 6:00pm & 7:00pm Tuesday & Thursday nights.
– Fitness testing at beginning and end of 6 weeks (total of 8 weeks, so it doesn’t take away any training days.
Test includes weight, bodyfat, beep test, Sit Up, Pushup, Step up and Recovery, Flexibility as well as blood pressure. Your results are not just weight based, you get a report at the end showing where you have improved over the 18 sessions
